Why Is My Hair Half Straight Half Curly

The right side of my head with the majority of my hair is super curly but the left side is super not.

Why is my hair half straight half curly. From mid skull to the nape of my neck it is wavy frizzy and puffy. I feel like it just looks so strange and lopsided. I have no idea what to do about this. And there is this one stupid section of hair by my face that doesn t curl at all.

I am getting very frustrated with my half and half do. I m at my wits end here. My problem is that only the bottom half of my hair curls and the top stays mostly straight. Sometimes it actually happens that one person s head can have different curl patterns or the lack thereof.

It was straight like my mom s for the longest time and now it s starting to curl around my hairline. My hair on one side of the head is pretty curly and the other half is just straight. Does anyone have any tips or ideas as to why it does this. Sorry i can t really answer your question.

I ve even bleached and dyed the right side several times and it s still way curlier than the left. I have a lot like so much hair that it takes 40 min just to straighten and my hair is also extremely thick like threads.

This is my first time using naturally curly so please don t judge my hair when i was younger use to be curly all over but since puberty my hair has gone half curly at the bottom and straight at the top. This happens more than you would think. I don t know what causes this but i figured out that this could have to do with my hair routine. Cuz i might as well straighten my hair again so i won t look so stupid.

My dad is a red head and so am i. The top to middle of my head is stick straight. Like not even wavy just literally straight.
